**THE ROLE**:
DKO’s Sydney studio is looking for a front of house professional. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing reception, ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, and providing exceptional hospitality to our clients and studio guests. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, manage all incoming calls, and maintain the presentation of our studio.
**DUTIES INCLUDE**:
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Manage and forward correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure they are equipped with the necessary AV equipment
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception and meeting spaces
- Order supplies, including kitchen items, stationery, and other office essentials
- Assist with general administration tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and handling mail
- Provide administrative support to the directors and leadership team
- Coordinate CPD presentations and catering for meetings
- Maintain internal team lists and registers
- Manage credit card statement reconciliation, and assist the Finance Department as required
- Assist with facilities management
**SKILLS AND EXPERTISE**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a creative environment - _preferred_
- Barista skills - _preferred_ [training will be provided]
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of working within a team
- Pro-active attitude with a professional manner and a committed nature
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time management skills
