About the Role
As a Booking Centre Agent, you'll be the superstar coordinating patient appointments and making their first interaction with us a great one. From scheduling and managing appointments to facilitating pre-admission assessments across CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine (Including PET) for all our locations.
We offer both part-time and full-time roles, with shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Enjoy competitive industry rates and annual salary reviews.

- Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
- Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Karisma
- Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
- Quoting Fees: Inform patients about fees and Medicare rebates.
- Prepping Patients: Make sure patients know what to do before their visit.
