**About the team**

We are a progressive award-winning talent acquisition function having implemented major improvements across our Talent Acquisition & Career Transition (TACT) team through new ways of working, process enhancements, digitising our Talent Acquisition approach and building compelling Employee Value Propositions to attract and empower quality, diverse talent for Transport for NSW.

**The Opportunity**

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for our Greater Sydney (GS) and Regional and Outer Metropolitan (ROM) portfolios you will play an integral role in delivering innovative and proactive services and solutions to a large group of customers, all with different demands.

Leading a team of six talent specialists, you will drive performance to meet current and future needs as well as be a key interface with business leaders, People and Culture and the broader Talent Acquisition and Career Transition team.

**Key accountabilities of the role include**:

- Exhibit leadership behaviours which put people at the heart, customer at the centre and are for the greater good
- Lead attraction strategies that are inclusive and contribute to hiring diverse talent to ensure Transport can fulfil its future objectives
- Ensure your team are delivering sourcing and recruitment outcomes in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure talent data is accurate to inform effective decision making by Talent Acquisition and the business
- Participate in enhancing Transports ability to hire critical talent within Engineering space
- Partner with People & Culture Senior Managers to plan and manage current and future talent acquisition business needs
- Support, coach and educate the team to address service delivery risks

The salary for this position is Grade 9A ($142,178) - 9E ($159,238) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
