**About the client**:
One of Australia’s leading logistics/freight organisations located on Brisbane North side, prides itself in utilising high quality customer service, the latest technologies, products and services. This organisation is experiencing positive growth and is on the look out for an experienced Customer Service representative with previous freight logistics experience.

**About the role**:
Working in a cohesive team, you will be responsible for daily entering of orders, generating invoices, managing high volume calls, assisting customers with queries, along with managing feedback and complaints.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Experience working in a customer service within the freight and logistics sector.
- Customer centric approach
- Solution orientated
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
