- Assist with general business administration/personal assistant tasks

My client is now looking for an experienced **Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant **to deliver end-to-end bookkeeping of multiple companies including; Cattle farms, passive investment properties, equipment hire businesses and for the director family trusts. In this role you will also assist with general business administration/personal assistant tasks as required for all businesses and become a relied-on cog to keep the machine moving
**Your new role**
- Management of Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Quarterly BAS lodgement and payment
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Payroll tax calculation and payment
- Process monthly standing journals
- Manage cashflows and payments of suppliers and forecasts
- General administration duties as required
- Month-end reconciliations and accruals
- Manage queries from clients and suppliers on all AR and AP matters
- Working with Farm Manager to draft livestock reports and reconciliations
- Working with Farm Manager on preparing/presenting business reports
**About you **
- Relevant degree or qualification, and minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience
- Highly competent in working across multiple entities
- Experience with reviewing and monitoring monthly budgets
- Proven experience with Xero
