**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our supportive and friendly Seville Grove team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role will support in the leadership of staff and act as the responsible person in the absence of the Centre Manager. You’ll also plan and implement programs, support in leading the team and help them to reach their goals.

**About you**

You’ll have a passion for early childhood education and be ready to take that next step in your career, while also having:

- AQF Diploma or Bachelor’s in early childhood education
- 2 years of Diploma Qualified experience
- Experience in developing and implementing programs
- Ability to create developmentally appropriate learning environments and programs
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid HLTAID012 and CPR
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
