Central Coast Council is the third largest water utility (or water and sewage service) in NSW servicing 139,000 homes and businesses in a growing region.

The Learning and Development Project Advisor will be responsible for creating competency frameworks and learning tools for water and wastewater competency units. Using your expert knowledge in training packages, you will work with stakeholders to tailor training programs and assessment tools for use in the business.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

**Key activities of this role include**:

- creating competency-based training packages including assessment tools for competency based training and assessment purposes using the National Water Competency Package as a guide
- working closely with stakeholders to undertake training needs analysis for current staff competency and qualifications
- delivery of training to ensure team members are assessed for competency in their roles.

**_About you:_**
- You have a degree qualification in human resources management, business management or a relevant field OR you have demonstrated experience in a similar role and have undertaken professional development
- You will have a Certificate IV in Project Management or demonstrated project management experience
- Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise, while also learning from others
- Having a work/life balance is important to you.

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $82.9k to $99.5k per annum dependent on skills and experience + superannuation.
