Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers.
The Valuation Panel Management team, part of RBS, is responsible for external valuation performance relating to home loans. We deliver the best valuation experience for all home loan customers and ensures the world's best end to end process.
**Do work that matters**:
We ensure our customers valuation experience is achieved through using industry best practice and developing strong relationships with panel valuers and key stakeholders.
**On a day-to-day basis you will**:
- Develop and implement valuation panel allocation logic and performance dashboards through the analysis of trends or areas of improvement based on a proficient understanding of **Excel **and **Tableau**.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Valuation Supplier Partners and aggregators.
- Lead appropriate forums such as Supplier Performance Meetings and Strategic Workshops for valuations.
- Optimise Valuation process and controls to maximise operational efficiencies and risk identifiers.
- Practice prudent risk management by identifying, escalating, and mitigating supplier and business risks.
**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and Data Visualisation skills in **Excel **and **Tableau.**:
- Proven experience in driving high quality outcomes.
- Influencing and consulting skills: the ability to build rapport, trust and deep relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience managing suppliers.
- Experience working in the Banking or Property Valuation Industries is desirable.
