This wonderful boutique firm prides itself on specializing with niche financial services advisory and taxation, with excellence embedded into every facet of their company They have one office in Brisbane and one located in Byron Bay - so the team gets to maximise the opportunities to work at both firms throughout the year and enjoying a change of scenery. They are looking to bring on a fantastic Client Solutions Officer to support their expanding business.

**About The Role**:
As a Client Solutions Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Looking after client-related matters
- Liaising with ASIC and ATO (including ATO mail)
- Raising queries with the directors or the accountant on a specific job
- Adhoc office management
- Ensuring compliance work deadlines are met (e.g., PAYG)
- Adhoc personal assistant work - inbox management or assisting in scheduling for a Director.

**About You**:

- Be a positive, fast-paced, intuitive individual
- Have experience with Handisoft (not essential)
- Have at least 2 years' experience in an administration role in an accounting firm
- Have experience dealing with ATO and ASIC
- Have great communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be someone who loves collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team
