Our company is in a period of hyper-growth, and we are seeking a **Clinic Manager** to lead our **SANDY BAY **team in our **BRAND-NEW clinic**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**The role focuses primarily on working closely with your team of Therapists and Cosmetic Injectors to achieve financial targets for the business, as well as general running of the clinic. If you have a Beauty background this is an advantage, however not essential.**
**DESIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Strong background in sales and meeting KPI’s
- Experience with managing staff, setting goals and motivating sales
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service / retail sales to a large volume of clients
- Self-motivated with a warm and friendly approach
- Ability to foster a positive, vibrant, healthy culture in the clinic
- Have great leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Ideally you will have operated programs such as shortcuts or gumnuts - a high level of computer and administrative skills are required
- An interest in the Beauty industry
**HOURS**:
- Full time permanent - 38 hours per week
- Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays
- _Part time hours may be available for the right person - flexible employment arrangement_
**PAY RATES**:
- Offering between $32 - $35 per hour PLUS an incentive program maximising your earning potential
**LOCATION**:
- Sandy Bay TAS **(**plenty of onsite parking available)

- **Full training in all treatments provided (we have SO many) - **These include Laser & Hair removal, Microdermabrasion, Meso-Needling, Micro-Needling, Cosmelan, Medi-Aesthetic Face Peels, Laser for Veins, Laser for Pigmentation and Redness, O2 Oxygen Medi-Facial, LED Light Therapy, Observ-Skin Analysis, Skin Rejuvenation as well as our large range of Skincare products. PLUS, we have just launched emsculpt and coolscuplt body contouring treatments
