Located in St Leonards, 5 minutes walk from the station & plenty of on street parking in the area.

Saint Peter Group is looking for experienced section waiters for their new restaurant Petermen in St Leonards.

Petermen is a contemporary smart casual seafood restaurant (70 seats) that aims to champion our Australian producers (fish & vegetables).

We source sustainable fish direct from fishermen, dry age & dry handle it in our fish store - Fish Butchery, then will cook it expertly and simply for our guests. We have a 100+ wine list and talented sommelier running this program.

Saint Peter is owned & operated by Josh & Julie Niland and has been a training ground for up & coming hospitality talent - we know Petermen will do the same. Work with us to grow your career as a hospitality professional in a friendly and professional environment.

When you join Petermen you become part of our group that encompasses Fish Butchery Paddington & Waterloo, Charcoal Fish Rose Bay and Saint Peter (soon to be at the Grand National Hotel).
