We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate administration assistant to join our team

As a member of our administration team, your role will include:

- Liaising with key stakeholders to support clinicians and ensure client care.
- General opening and closing procedures of offices.
- A basic knowledge of available services and available funding (Medicare, NDIS schemes, private health, etc.).
- Managing a large team of Allied Health Professionals’ schedules.
- Handling confidential documentation and files.
- Active collaboration as a member of our administrationteam and wider to assist and support the team on an individual and collective level.

About you:

- Have 8am to 6pm weekday availability (8am to 4pm, or 10am to 6pm shifts).
- Be available to work Fridays.
- Be flexible to work between our Tweed Heads and Bangalow practice on a rostered basis, with hours predominantly in Tweed Heads.
- Ideally have experience in administration and/or customer service roles.
- Be friendly, approachable, outgoing and enjoy engaging with people of all ages.
- Strong written and inter-personal communication skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Be organised, well-presented, and act in a professional manner.
- Be empathetic and have the ability to build rapport with team members, key stake holders, and clients.
- Be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with children and parents, at times when they are distressed.
- Knowledge of Power Diary or similar booking system (not a mandatory requirement).
