**What You Will Be Doing**

The Manager Medical Workforce Unit (Junior Medical Staff) works with Medical Workforce Unit staff, Clinical Directors and the Executive Director Medical Services (EDMS) to deliver efficient and effective recruitment and overall co-ordination of junior medical staff requirements at Peninsula Health.
**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Experience in a health care environment
- Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards/Agreements relating to Junior Medical Staff
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team working towards a common objective.
- Demonstrated organisational ability including the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
