The Manager Higher Education is responsible for leading a dynamic team in the planning, delivery and evaluation of all the Australian College of Nursing (ACN) educational products, including but not limited to Graduate Certificates.

This position will play a critical role in teaching quality and accreditation.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to meet the following selection criteria and demonstrate how you meet these in a covering letter:
Selection Criteria
- Appropriate tertiary qualification/s at Masters level or above.
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the NMBA.
- Demonstrated understanding of academic quality and standards, including compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
- Demonstrated understanding of Vocational Education Sector and compliance requirements as an RTO.
- A qualification in management and/or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
- Demonstrated high level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, Smartsheet and education platforms such as Articulate Rise and Moodle.
- Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of staff.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume and deadline driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.

Desirable
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
