**Job description**

Our tomatoes and qukes are grown year-round in Australia’s largest organic glasshouse facilities, located in Cobbitty, NSW.

Our organic glasshouse technology puts us at the forefront of innovation in organics, ecologically sustainable practices and sets us apart in the organic industry.

**About the roles**

We are looking for enthusiastic people who are interested in working in a variety of roles available in our glasshouse.
- Have reliable access to and from the work site
- Be physically fit, able to stand for extended periods of time and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
- Be able to work in a warm and humid environment (crop and harvest roles)
- Basic understanding of spoken and written English
- Work cooperatively and respectfully within a multicultural workforce
- Have a strong focus and commitment to Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Personal Hygiene

There are multiple roles available:
**Crop Care**

These roles involve:

- Caring for our tomato and quke plants (de-leafing, pollinating, twisting, lowering)
- Working in large Glasshouses with high humidity and warm temperatures
- Standing or walking for 8 hours per shift, with breaks
- Repetitive muscle load movement
- Working at heights (depending on activity)
- Shifts are mostly rostered Monday to Saturda

**Harvesting**

These roles involve:

- Picking our tomatoes and qukes
- Working in large Glasshouses with high humidity and warm temperatures
- Standing and walking for 8 hours per shift, with breaks, and willingness to do overtime if required
- Repetitive muscle load movement
- Working at heights
- Shifts are mostly rostered Monday to Saturday

**Hours of Work**

Most roles are rostered for 38 hours week plus reasonable additional hours as required.

Hours will vary according to department and role, most shifts are rostered Monday - Saturday.

**Pay Rate**:
$27.46 per hour (Horticulture Award - Casual Level 2)

All staff members are required to be fully vaccinated.
