**About The Opportunity**:
With exciting plans for growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their small but expanding team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide front desk support, ensure the accurate and timely processing of administrative activity and financial transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- General office support including arranging schedules, assistance with meetings and general clerical work
- Administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organising documents
- Contribute to bookkeeping tasks like issuing invoices and arranging payments
- Liaise with several different stakeholders

**About You**:

- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Passion for exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and time management skills
