Receptionist Switchboard

Epworth Richmond is seeking suitably experienced Receptionist/Telephonists to join our patient focused team. This role involves directing patients, visitors and staff to appropriate services within Epworth Richmond and effectively answering and triaging calls to the switchboard in a courteous and timely manner.

**Skills & Experience**

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous reception/switchboard experience
- Computer literacy and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- An innovative, proactive and creative attitude
