**Position Overview**:
As a Lead Cyber Security Consultant, you will be highly influential within the cybersecurity group consulting team at the forefront of our efforts to safeguard our digital ecosystem against evolving cyber threats. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, advice, and supporting the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures. Your work will directly contribute to the integrity and resilience of our financial services, enhancing our clients' confidence in our digital offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading the secure-by-design project in implementing and managing comprehensive security solutions.
- Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, best practices, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures throughout the organisation's technology stack.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our security posture.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong cybersecurity consulting experience (8-10 years)
- Technical experience across tools and services (Not required but Ideally: CyberArk, Fortify, ServiceNow, Defender etc)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
- Strong demonstrable experience with security and risk-based standards such as ISO27001, NIST800, PCI-DSS.
- Ability to coach a Cyber team to develop Cyber talent to build technical excellence and decision-making confidence.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
