- We are seeking a masterful **Marketing Insights Analyst** who can turn data into compelling stories that shape our marketing strategies and boost our business.

As the Marketing Insights Analyst, you will gather and analyse data from various sources, such as CRM, marketing tools, and external data. Your findings will influence our marketing campaigns, boost lead generation for our sales teams, and enhance overall business performance.

You will work closely with internal teams to maintain data quality and make improvements across the company.

**Some of the key things you’ll do**:

- Uncover the stories within our data and craft insightful narratives.
- Act as an advisor to the business and provide our teams with crystal-clear views into their areas, transforming data into improved business performance.
- Be the guardian of customer data quality and collaborate closely with our Internal teams to maintain the database environment.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Naturally curious and enjoys discovering hidden data patterns.
- Proven experience in a B2B / Marketing Insights Analyst position.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with CRM, particularly MS Dynamics 365, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
