**The role**:
This HR Advisor position is a full-time permanent role working 5 days, 38 hours per week in Osborne Park. Occasional overtime is required with time in lieu available. Approximate salary $75k - $95k + super.

**About the Client**:

Our client is one of Perth's leading civil companies, and is passionate about building the best roads in all areas of WA. Other services include subdivisions, driveways, tennis and basketball courts, carparks, and asphalt production and sales.

**Duties include**:

- Create position descriptions, conduct interviews
- Write budget reports
- Complete salary reviews
- Coordinate Toolbox talks and company inductions
- Verify employee competency
- Facilitate performance reviews
- Complete salary reviews
- Conduct investigations and manage cases
- Conduct exit interviews
- Advise senior management on all HR-related issues**
**To be considered for this role you will need to have the following**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Highly regarded)
- Strong working knowledge of Human Resources legislation including Fair Work, National Employment Standards and Industrial Relations
- Previous HR experience
- Familiar with Employment Hero, MYOB, Tanda, INX (highly regarded)
- Strong computer skills
