Talent Sourcing Lead

About the role
You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition team and be integral to the success of Transurban by identifying hard to find talent.
As the Talent Sourcing Lead, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Design, develop and the delivery of strategic sourcing activities- Develop talent pools for hard to fill roles- Identify opportunities to improve processes and services- Lead Talent Acquisition projects for business critical hiring- Identify market trends and data such as restructures and hiring projects- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with end to end recruitment processes
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Experience in a strategic sourcing role, supporting a medium to large size corporate with a diverse range of professions and role categories (via a consultancy, RPO or in-house position)- Expertise in designing and implementing resourcing solutions- Expertise in proactive sourcing including the development of talent pools-
- Organisational skills and capacity to work under limited supervision and to prioritise and plan workflow to meet deadlines
