**About the company**

My client is a Leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates and sands to the commercial, industrial, civil and residential construction sectors. 100% Australian owned and operated since 1882. Supportive and diverse workforce with over 1500 employees nationally.

Based in Campbellfield, this Full time Permanent position plays a vital role within the business by ensuring raw material supply meets demand by maximising utilisation and efficiency of all tipper/tanker fleet.

Rotating roster 7am to 3pm and 9am to 5pm (week on week off)

Must be available to work 8am to 12pm every second Saturday as per business demands.

**Duties**
- Use software packages to manage COR, Safety Regulations and Allocation of Tipper/Tanker fleet
- Liaise with external contractors regarding raw material requirements
- Review agitator fleet activity to match tipper/tanker utilization with concrete delivery requirements daily
- Maintain service schedules for fleet
- Instruct Drivers and Carriers ensuring that material is scheduled and delivered in accordance with COR and safety regulations

**Skills and experience**
- SAP/CRM
- Raw material experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change
- Previous experience in a customer service/planning/scheduling function desired but not essential as training can be provided
- Computer literate with previous experience in Microsoft Office essential & Command Concrete system desired (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse people
- background in transport would be advantageous but not essential.
