Reporting to the **Senior Manager Indigenous Leadership** and working in a supportive environment within the Indigenous Affairs team you will be:

- Leading a mindset change across the business, ensuring we have a workplace culture that respects and values Indigenous leadership and contribution
- Maintaining positive relationships with senior leaders, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Human Resources Business Partners to understand and anticipate emerging talent needs and identify opportunities, including talent moves for employees
- Researching, analysing, and utilising external market data, sourcing methods, trending, benchmarking, and best practice to develop and flex resourcing strategies
- Supporting effective and compelling communications about the intent of Rio Tinto’s Indigenous Leadership strategy and outcomes
- Networking with potential hires through professional groups on relevant platforms and events
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees into the business for a positive experience
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants

- Experience in engaging and evaluating external vendors
- Comfortable with data-based decisions and using data to shape a story

- Driven and strategic thinker with an ability to influence senior leaders and key partners to enact change across a networked organisation
- Strong sense of curiosity, are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone to challenge traditional thinking

- Flexible, able to deal with ambiguity and continue to shape the work as needed
