**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the review, implementation and embedding of the organisation’s enterprise-wide compliance management framework within Insignia Financial
- Lead the Compliance team to manage the compliance program across Insignia Financial and all areas of the business, ensuring compliance with all relevant licence and regulatory requirements.
- Review, interpret and ensure an appropriate approach to compliance is implemented for all regulatory changes relevant to the organisation and incorporated into the ongoing Compliance Obligations Framework.
- Drive continuous improvements to the compliance processes and obligations that are owned by Risk Management
- Review and draft compliance policies, driving continuous enhancement to the compliance policy framework.
- Collection, analysis, escalation, and reporting of compliance insights, exceptions & breaches.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of an appropriate learning curriculum to ensure staff understand and are trained on their compliance obligations and the regulatory environment.

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess**:

- Post graduate studies in Investments and/or Advice and/or Superannuation preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in Compliance management roles in complex financial services organisations, and senior leadership roles.
- Detailed knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks
- Detailed understanding of superannuation laws and landscape in Australia.
- Ability to drive change through regulatory compliance engagement with the business, systems, processes, and people.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to write well and have a high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make sense of complex and logical problems quickly.
- Experience in working in complex multi-sector businesses undergoing significant transformation and remediation.
