**JOB SUMMARY**:
This role is responsible for translating business strategies into opportunities when deploying the curriculum strategy for injectors through co-creation and digitalization of content. The role requires a strong scientific background, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills. The injector learner journey requires the development of clear educational pathways, innovative content, and effective use of digital tools. Effective implementation of the injector learner journey is paramount in delivering a best in class learning experience for all injectors. Co-creation with AMI Faculty is key in driving a successful training partnership that provides customers with a superior learning experience.

**key duties & responsibilities**:
**Education Activities**
- Strategic mindset required to deliver learning pathways that exceed the needs of the customer and provide the opportunity to excel both knowledge and skill set.
- Deployment of the injector learner journey strategy for all injector segments.
- Curriculum and content development.
- Develop learning pathways to deliver on-label educational programs and messages that elevate the standards of Facial Aesthetics clinical practices.
- Education journey mapping.
- Innovation of local content and localization of international content.
- Creating and uploading content to the AMI DW 3.0 platform and management of the digital learner journey.
- Create data analytics and user experience reporting for advanced injectors and faculty.
- Drive co-creation of content with AMI Faculty to provide customers with a premium learning experience with the most up to date and innovative content.
- Deliver faculty briefings relevant to the curriculum focus for each individual execution.
- Develop a strong partnership with nurse trainers & AMI Faculty to drive high engagement and affinity to the Allergan Aesthetics brand, values, and product portfolio.

**Cross functional Activities**
- Collaboration with the AMI, marketing, and medical team. A strong understanding of each department’s strategy and how it supports the wider AA strategy is essential.
- Working closely with the in-field team to understand the injector needs, gaps and opportunities relevant to the appropriate injector segments.

**Budget Management**
Management of allocated budget for:

- Content creation
- Digital
- Co-creation

**Quality & Compliance**
- Develop and maintain all appropriate policies and processes to ensure a compliant framework is withheld in support of Allergan’s Aesthetics focus on ethics and integrity.
- Adhere to all Allergan Aesthetics internal codes of conduct and compliance policies and processes.
- Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per Allergan’s policies and procedures
- Support Allergan’s Quality Management System and internal auditing processes.

**Workplace Health & Safety**
- Proactively participate in Allergan Aesthetics’s WHS programs, adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.

**General**
- Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties, as requested.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications - science, healthcare or business related

**Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum 5 years experience within marketing or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry.
- A strong understanding of educational program delivery.
- Experience in strategy development and implementation is desirable.
- Passion and enthusiasm for education and driving behavioural change
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence key external and internal stakeholders
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
