Australian Homestay Network (AHN) is owned by MyStay International and is Australia’s largest and most recognised international student homestay provider. We match AHN-certified hosts with visiting international students to provide the highest quality homestay experience. **The Role**
**About You**
As an individual, you're self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as an efficient member of a dynamic team. You will have an appropriate setup to allow the majority of your work to be completed from home, but with allowance for regular office meetings. You’ll have excellent relationship-building and time management skills and be passionate about customer service.
You’d be joining a team of friendly people who work around the Brisbane area, connecting to a larger business network based around Australia and New Zealand.
**The responsibilities**:
- Monitor and action all helpdesk queries received via our CRM
- Provide timely technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues
- CRM data management including onboarding of new staff, agents, and schools
- System access control for staff
- Reporting and ledger adjustments
- Testing assistance
- Account enquiries and support
- Finance assistance as required
- Assisting other team members as required
**The skills you need**:
- Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills.
- You are tech savvy
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Previous Helpdesk experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Japanese language skills will be highly regarded
- Customer Service skills
- Achieve set KPIs.
- Ability to work unsupervised
