As our Engineering Division Manager you are accountable for the day-to-day operations of the division, along with project planning and management of the Engineering teams responsible for the project’s delivery. You will manage the services that support the completion of the assigned project’s whilst achieving the Engineering & Design obligations. Whilst your role may vary, you’re typically tasked with resource management and financial management, as well as communications, safety measures, risk management and quality control.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversight and management of the Divisional performance
- Directing the formulation of engineering strategies, policies and plans
- Providing consultation and advice on engineering methods and procedures
- Liaising and collaborating with other divisions/departments
- Coordinating activities of engineering staff
- Management and expansion (as required) of the workforce to ensure retention and recruitment of high-quality staff.
- Managing the implementation of Health, Safety and Quality Assurance programs in line with
- Company Policies, Procedures and ISO accreditation
- Analysing and improving processes
- Experience in mentoring and developing employees and teams
- Planning and overseeing division development, change and functionality
- Assisting with upcoming tender response process
- Preparing and delivering reports to senior leaders
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork.

- Highly developed people management skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong communicator and have expert knowledge of agile methodologies of project delivery
- Understands priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
