**The exciting opportunity**:

- Report into a dynamic, passionate, supportive and innovative Executive Manager of Care
- Responsible for the oversight and delivery of the company’s HCP and CHSP services across three respite houses
- Drive the implementation of positive reforms and organisational changes to make sure project deliverables are achieved
- In collaboration with the Quality Manager, ensure the home care services operates in line with legislative, contractual and funding guidelines, and maintains accreditation
- Inspire, guide, support and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services
- Manage the budget for home care services, overseeing revenue, funding and expenditure to ensure financial sustainability
- Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice

- Proven track record managing the delivery of home care services with a sound understanding of HCP and CHSP funding and legislation
- Demonstrated ability driving change and leading projects to meet organisational goals
- A visible and nurturing leader who inspires and motivates a team to deliver on company goals
- Excellent networking, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with established mutually beneficial relationships with key personnel within the sector
- A confident, motivated, adaptable and hands on professional
