JOB TITLE: Account Manager

We’re looking for an a-player Account Manager to grow our client’s account and be the primary point of contact post sale with the goal of setting clients up for success and manage ongoing client needs at leadership level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying key stakeholders within client organization to forge relationships to help increase strategic opportunities
- Consulting regularly with client teams to fully understand their needs and actively solve pain points with new or existing product offerings.
- Maintaining strong understanding of client’s business objectives in order to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the clients strategic business goals
- Coordinating with internal client project teams to ensure highest quality and project success
- Acting as highest point of escalation for service delivery, active projects, etc.,
- Managing delivery team financial to ensure on budget delivery of projects and overall account profitability
- Leading strategically focused quarterly business reviews focused on driving the business forward while
- Maintaining knowledge portfolio and monitoring analytics, reports, KPIs to keep a pulse on the clients business and strong industry knowledge.
- Keeping the team accountable on deliverables, keeping Asana up to date and providing proactive client updates
- Supporting the team in communication flow so they get all assets, accesses & information they need to execute smoothly and without mistakes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
