**The Role**

Working within the Clinician Talent Strategy, this diverse role will collaborate with management and the hiring community to support a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent, enabling Abano Healthcare to fulfil its strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Working within the Talent Acquisition Strategy for clinician engagement
- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
- Actively participate in workforce planning and succession planning
- Manage external recruitment-related stakeholder relationships, including agencies, industry bodies, universities, print and digital media suppliers and vendors
- Ensure requisitions are advertised and regularly refreshed on all online channels available through the ATS or Manual, social media platforms and print
- Ensure regular contact with Hiring Managers and Operations team in the region
- Periodically ensure Talent pools are refreshed with obtained data from the various industry networks or conferences and added to the Talent Stack
- Attend quarterly events at all Dental Universities across Australia, and help arrange speakers and other Talent partners to attend

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role preferably working in the dental industry
- High level relationship building skills with all stakeholders and industry professionals - dentist network
- Knowledge of Dental software platforms, products, and services (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience building effective business relationships managing across varies stakeholder groups and levels
- Highly driven and motivated with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills to provide specific, immediate, and ongoing feedback as required
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
