Urban Planner

**Permanent Full time -38 hours**

**Salary: Band 5 - $74,396 - $86,300 + 11 % superannuation**
- **Role includes an RDO**

**What you’ll be working on**
- Providing planning advice and information to the community.
- Assessment and determination of requests for extension of time, endorsed plans, secondary consent request.

**What you need to succeed**
- A tertiary qualification in Statutory Planning or a related discipline
- A sound understanding of Statutory Planning legislation, the planning framework and planning principles as they operate in Victoria, including those relating to land subdivision.
- A strong customer focus and confidence in dealing with customers via all modes of communication.
- An aptitude for detail, accuracy and thoroughness in work undertaken.
