**About the Role**
As the Project Officer of student Program Development, you will enable the delivery of student-facing services, such as those activities delivered at scale during Orientation and during the early phase of each academic 4 semester. You also actively contribute to service delivery across Student Success, linking together service delivery capacity during peak periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate the provision of SASS input to large-format events, such as Orientation Week, Employability Week, Discover Unimelb program and other similar activities
- Liaise with stakeholders in Academic Divisions and externally to ensure a partnership approach to delivering in-scope activities and services
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate programs, workshops and learning activities at a scale that fosters student engagement, learning and skills development, aligned with Student Success operational plans

**Who we are looking for**
We are seeking a results-focused project Officer who can demonstrate sound judgement, adaptive reasoning, and critical thinking. You will have advanced experience in working and engaging with students from all diverse areas. You are a passionate team player and can ensure service excellence is met when supporting students.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a student services context, with a strong understanding of the academic and contextual issues facing students
- Demonstrated experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating services and programs for students within a tertiary setting, particularly related to student development, engagement and employability outcomes
