**Job Description**:
It’s a great time to join Colliers in our Brisbane office where no two days are the same. You will be providing key support to the highly successful National Sustainability team within our Real Estate Management Services division through a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Preparation of client presentations, proposals, and coordination of major client pitches
- Composition of general correspondence
- Coordinating client and departmental meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas
- Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing systems in accordance with QA standards
- Support REMS sustainability projects aligned to the enterprise or annual business plan including records management, data analytics, technology improvements, system changes and implementation
- Manage team travel economically, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged
- Oversee onboarding process for new starters within the Sustainability team to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the business
- Coordinate monthly requirements to ensure team compliance. This includes annual leave, outgoings, budgets, end of month reports, peer to peer reviews
- Manage your team’s financials effectively to ensure prompt payment and reconciliation
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience, property industry experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet’s, along with fast and accurate typing speed
- Interest in sustainability / ESG related consulting
- Have the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities with a positive outlook
- Ability to interpret financial reports
- Excellent corporate presentation
