- **Sub-acute and Home Based services**:

- **Part Time (4 days per week) ongoing role**:

- **Based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital - Royal Park Campus**
- The Clinical Nutrition department consists of approximately 25 EFT across Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) sites. We provide care to our patients within the acute, subacute and community therapy services across all speciality services. We operate a 7-day service. The department is committed to providing evidence based, patient centred nutrition care. Wellbeing, supervision and reflective practice, professional development, student teaching, quality improvement and research are key focuses of our team.-
**Your new role**:

- Provide high quality clinical nutrition services delivery and oversight to home based services.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior Dietitians.
- Lead a department portfolio and drive continuous improvement and innovation to nutrition care in the expanding arena of home based services.
- Engage with key disciplines and partners to deliver excellence in patient care as well as contribute to the Clinical Nutrition strategic plan.

**About You**:

- You are a clinical expert in sub-acute or home based nutrition services.
- You have 7 years relevant clinical experience with a broad range experience in acute and/or sub-acute nutrition care.
- You are eligible for full membership of Dietitians Australia.
- You are passionate about leadership and quality improvement.
