**About the opportunity?**

There are few in house opportunities in WA that will give you the scope and broad remit that we have here at HBF. Proud to be an organisation leading from the West, we have an opportunity for an all-round Marketer to join our Marketing team.

You will support the delivery of HBF’s marketing campaigns across the prospect and member journey. Key responsibilities will include:

- Support the implementation of acquisition campaigns across digital and owned channels.
- Coordinate internal communications to key stakeholders.
- Support delivery of retail branch moves and openings with local area marketing campaigns, activations, member communications and collateral.
- Contribute to performance and competitor reporting.
- Play an active role in cross functional working groups at HBF when needed.

The role requires a results-focused, collaborative marketer who can work across a broad portfolio at pace to deliver against acquisition objectives.

You will bring with you a minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience working across a broad range marketing campaigns. Key skills necessary for success in this role will be your strong attention to detail and organisational skills, your ability to work to tight timeframes and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to liaise with internal stakeholders and agency partners effectively will also be highly regarded.
