The role
We are currently seeking the services of a

Marketing Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of a broad range of marketing activities and retailer events focus on creating Magic Moments that spark joy in our shoppers and retailers within the fabulous Pacific Fair.


Along with working with the Centre's marketing function on all events, programs and initiatives, the Marketing Coordinator will also support tourism collateral, advertising and event programs.


What you will be doing

  • Assisting in the delivery of marketing campaigns, as directed, across seasonal periods, community based programs and tourism programs and events.
  • Taking responsibility for coordinating retailer specific initiatives and joint promotions, as directed, and acting as a primary point of contact for retailers, managing all retailer requests and communications in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Updating all relevant media channels in line with new store openings, retailer offers or store closures including centre website, directories and the printed centre directory.
  • Delivering and maintaining centre threshold media including posters, entry/exit signage, digital signage, and new retailer signage.
  • Assisting in the gathering of data and completion of marketing analysis and reports and assisting in reviewing key research and data insights to ensure opportunities are leveraged.
  • Assisting with the monitoring/tracking of campaign specific budgets.
  • Preparing campaign planning documents (approvals) and postcampaign analysis including gathering retailer feedback, analysing sales performance and tracking of foot traffic / event attendance.
  • Working with Marketing Manager to understand key customer segments and develop campaigns to address key business opportunities
  • Developing an understanding of customer and research tools i.e Quantium, NPS and Marketshare and champion the customer in all campaigns, initiatives and centre based projects

What makes you stand out


You will need to be tertiary qualified, with experience in a marketing or an events coordination role coupled with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form and be able to effectively work autonomously.


You are comfortable taking ownership of assignments and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and are able to build and manage stakeholder relationships.

You will have an understanding of digital marketing software as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.


This would suit a team player who is a creative thinker with a proactive approach and wants to learn and grow their marketing career in a challenging and fast paced environment.
