**Job Details**
This position is a hands-on Supervisory role and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Packaging processing areas.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Packaging Manager, this role is responsible to ensure the following:

- The Packaging facility operates in accordance with the production plan and required reporting is completed in a timely manner.
- Lead daily production meetings and ensure that issues and priority actions are identified and that resources are assigned for resolution.
- Issuing of PBRF’s in dynamics 365 and all paperwork associated with packaging lines.
- Ensure all production tasks are completed according to Integria Healthcare’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Operator Instructions (OI’s), Quality Guidelines and the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Completion of GMP walks, attendance of Compliance meetings and coordinate responsible activities to close out packaging compliance issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements for packaging operations including prompt reporting and investigation of all events. Including, participation in the monthly HSE Committee meetings.
- Promote LEAN implementation within the packaging environment and provide coaching and support for lean initiatives and participate in multi-level meetings.
- Regularly attend operations MBU meetings and supporting the continuous improvement culture.
- Assist with the review of variances and implement actions associated with preventing recurrence.
- Assist Validation Manager with development of qualification protocols and risk assessments, as well as assist in performing validation activities and re-qualifications as required.

- Knowledge of D365 system
- Experience with LEAN methodologies and the ability to identify and implement best practice procedures.
