**The Role**
We are seeking a Production Supervisor - Tabletting to join our team in Warwick. This position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Tabletting processing areas.
This role is required to ensure that all tabletting related processing activities are completed in accordance with the standards of operation required by Integria Healthcare in relation to safety, quality, and efficiency.

- Experience supervising staff in order to build a high-performance culture

- The ability to identify problems and investigate causes
- Sound knowledge of a manufacturing environment
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to positively influence production team members and management
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality
- The ability to process mathematical calculations
- Sound knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) fundamentals
- Demonstrate responsibility for implementation and compliance within the work area
- Knowledge of D365 system
- Sound working knowledge of Integria Healthcare’s manufacturing standards (SOP’s)
- Experience with LEAN continuous improvement methodologies and the ability to identify and implement best practice procedures
