- A genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with psychosocial disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with participants, their families, and other professionals.
- A person-centered approach to care, ensuring each participant’s needs, preferences, and goals are at the heart of everything you do.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while building rapport and trust with participants.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle for transporting participants.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-focused approach.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and manual handling techniques.

**Why Join The SIL Company?**
- Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development.
- Meaningful work that makes a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.
