You will work closely with the finance team and case managers to ensure efficient and effective control of supplier payments.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of accounts payable process. To ensure the company pays vendors according to agreed terms and all paperwork is processed promptly and within our expected performance measures.

You will also assist with other finance department tasks assisting in end of month accounting and support of other key functions within the finance team.

**Your primary duties are**:

- Process Supplier Invoices, including ensuring relevant approvals. You will process approximately 40-50 invoices per day.
- Accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices, prepayments and client reimbursements - on weekly and monthly basis.
- Review supplier statements and investigate missing invoices.
- Prepare payment runs as per cycle. We pay our suppliers on weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles.
- Produce functional reports as per reporting schedule.
- Support finance team, including end of month processes.

**Expertise: Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in accounts payable.
- Professional, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving ability.
- Be alert to fraud and phishing and have a high level of cyber security awareness
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with either MYOB or XERO.
- Corporate Finance or bookkeeping exposure.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization.
- Attention to detail.
