Our leading client, a leading global advice technology specialist for financial institutions is looking for a QA manager to join the dynamic fintech organization.

As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software delivery, setting standards for software testing, and managing a team of 4 Test Analysts. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients software products meet the highest quality standards and deliver an exceptional user experience.

This is a hands-on role requiring excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

You will be required to roll up your sleeves and delve headfirst into the product over the first four months. You will need to understand the intricate digital advice themes, mathematical calculations, and stringent business regulations.

Some of your day to day responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 4 Test Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the team's effectiveness and growth.
- Develop and implement software testing strategies, methodologies, and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and business stakeholders, to define quality goals and deliverables for each software release.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, to identify defects and ensure software reliability and stability.
- Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts that effectively cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices, processes, and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing team.
- Review and analyze software requirements and design specifications to identify potential issues and provide feedback to the development team.
- Monitor and report on software quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and test effectiveness, to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall software quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement in the QA processes and deliverables.

**Salary**: $170,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
