**Your new role**:
As the Program Change Offer, your role will involve reporting to the Program Change Manager and supporting Engineering Change activities and the development of the Hunter Class Program. This will entail working closely with our teams in the UK. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Change Team in managing and reporting on changes. This will involve ensuring that changes are processed through the appropriate change boards, collecting change metrics, and continually improving our processes as we progress through the design, construction, testing, and delivery stages.

**In more specific terms you will**:

- Efficiently and effectively manage change requests.
- Analysis and report on the impact of change, while actively managing associated risks.
- Deliver small projects or discrete tasks with defined scope and sufficient scale.
- Generate status reports and coordinate variance analysis and corrective action activities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Operations to ensure effective change control across the Program.

**About you**:
**As an applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Experience in Project Management or Engineering with process improvement or change management understanding
- An inquisitive mind & taking initiative is in your DNA.
- Great communication skills and work well within a team environment or autonomously
- Ability to partner with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to obtain the necessary deliverables
- Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations

**Clearances**:
As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
