HR Manager

The HR Manager will be joining a business with significant growth ambitions, coupled with a purpose-driven and highly supportive culture. You will develop strategic and operational HR management and will work with internal stakeholders to design proactive and innovative solutions to support the company’s requirements and the performance of the business.
Responsibilities;
- Provide support and advice to senior management and staff on key areas across the employment spectrum, including Recruitment and onboarding, Remuneration and benefits, Performance management/reviews, Employee reward and recognition and Employee relations and engagement.
- Lead the business in promoting a healthy and safe workplace, by delivering on diversity & inclusion and work health & safety initiatives.
- Partner with leaders on future-proofing skills in their teams, retention and succession planning, including developing key talent to fill critical roles.
- You will play a hands-on role in the execution of merger and acquisition initiatives in the business.
With this backdrop, we are looking for a professional, focused, agile and dynamic HR Manager to lead HR for the business. This role will suit a confident HR professional who is business-facing, solution and customer-service orientated and able to offer credible HR advice.
