We are seeking a full time Administration / accounts receivable Officer to join our supportive finance team. This role will suit someone who is highly motivated and well-organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. You will have a positive attitude, be a strong team player with a desire to learn and work hard and be able to adapt to a changing environment while working accurately to meet deadlines.

Brookfarm is looking to appoint a full time Administration All-rounder to join our friendly office team located in Byron Bay.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Accounts receivable management including a high level of customer service
- Daily Banking reconciliations
- Create Export documentation using Microsoft excel
- Providing support to finance team and other departments

**What you’ll need to bring to Brookfarm**:

- Proficiency Microsoft Excel and google suite
- Experience with Accounts receivable and Bank Reconciliation
- Creating and developing reports from raw data (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and create value
- Experience in Pronto or similar accounting software
