In this up to 12-month Remediation Manager opportunity, you’ll be responsible for timely and successful delivery of remediation items across BOQ Group, primarily focusing on Deceased Estates. Excitingly, you’ll engage with key stakeholders, from varying levels, across the Group to drive the management and execution of remediation activity.

You’ll be building relationships and working closely with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive the coordination of tasks, end to end management of directly owned remediation items as well as provide business owners with supervision and guidance on remediation activities - and of course, all in a timely manner. Pretty important, hey?

Other areas you’ll get involved with are:

- Execute on BOQ Group’s Customer Remediation Framework.
- Ongoing reporting, monitoring and supervision across BOQ Group’s Customer Remediation pipeline.
- Ongoing improvement of Customer Remediation against customer experience and brand.
- Maintain a strong documentation and governance process to meet BOQ Group’s core requirements.

**About you**
As an experienced Remediation extraordinaire, you’ll join us with exposure to leading teams within the remediation space, preferably within a banking and financial services landscape. Yes - you live and breathe all things remediation and join us with a passion, and experience for providing sound advice You come armed with a wealth of remediation knowledge and know how to collaborate with multiple teams to determine and plan fit for purpose business analysis.

Collaboration and partnership come naturally to you, where you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, participating and promoting cooperative working relationships across the organisation.

You keep cool, calm, and collected under pressure and are at your best when you are leading a team through complexity and solution finding.
