L&d Manager

AMS Group Pty Ltd (AMSG) is looking for an experienced L&D Manager to join their growing team. AMSG is a national services provider with core capability in the installation, maintenance and support of remote and mission critical infrastructure and systems. In this newly created role, the L&D Manager will oversee the training and development within the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute all learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs across the business.
- Identify and implement various learning methods across the company.
- Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Develop frameworks along with the facilitation and roll out of frameworks.
- Travel interstate to site to facilitate training as required.
- Passion for development, leadership and coaching
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Adaptability to new systems
- Experience with Dunsafe (safety system) is beneficial
- 5+ years of L&D Experience
- Previous experience in organizational leadership development including delivering learning and development programs
- Strong leadership, decision making and influencing skills
