Client Relationship Coordinator

About the role

VMCH are excited to be hiring a Client Relationship Coordinator within our At Home Aged Care sector.

**Key accountabilities are**:
Oversee all allied-health related internal and external admissions and discharges.
Management of client documentation, plans/ tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are up to date.
Data entry across various departments to the highest standard of accuracy (meeting payroll, finance).
Liaising with relevant stakeholders/ industry bodies to promote exceptional care and service levels.
Keeping accurate and complete records maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Building strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction, promoting independence amongst clients.

About you

You will obtain tertiary qualifications or relevant allied health qualifications
Excellent networking skills, with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
You will be able to work autonomously, maintaining exemplary time management and deadlines.
Hold a valid Victorian driver’s license is essential for this opportunity as well as a satisfactory completion of a national police check.
Fantastic written, verbal and computer skill
