**About the role**

The Customer Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing new At Home Aged Care enquiries from first point of contact right through to onboarding. Some of the responsibilities include coordinating welcome packs, setting up new clients in Care Link and managing referrals through the My Aged Care Portal.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- At Home Aged Care knowledge - HCP and CHSP
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding to older clients and their families
- A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within the team and the broader community
- Ability to work autonomously, sound time management skills and ability to prioritise to meet competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and work under pressure
- Competency in word, excel and CareLink
