You will enjoy a range of duties and will take pleasure in making sure our customers and guests are our number one priority.

**Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include, however are not limited to**:

- Liaising with patrons to ensure RSA regulations are understood and followed;
- Offering of non-alcoholic beverages to patrons;
- Identifying intoxicated patrons and notifying the relevant persons via two-way radios;
- Patrolling various areas of the Club;
- Maintaining effective relationships with external and internal customers;
- Supporting of other departments as necessary;
- Adhering to Panthers policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements and;
- Any other duties as required to assist the Beverage team.
- RSA and RCG Certificates;
- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience;
- RSA & RCG Certificates;
- Previous bar experience would be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve;
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision; and
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. This position requires availability for **Friday nights and Saturday nights as well as public holidays and special events as required.**
