You will enjoy a range of duties and will take pleasure in making sure our customers and guests are our number one priority.
Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include, however are not limited to:
- Liaising with patrons to ensure RSA regulations are understood and followed;
- Offering of nonalcoholic beverages to patrons;
- Identifying intoxicated patrons and notifying the relevant persons via twoway radios;
- Patrolling various areas of the Club;
- Maintaining effective relationships with external and internal customers;
- Supporting of other departments as necessary;
- Adhering to Panthers policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements and;
- Any other duties as required to assist the Beverage team.
- RSA and RCG Certificates;
- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience;
- RSA & RCG Certificates;
- Previous bar experience would be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve;
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- Selfmotivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision; and
- Availability to work across a 7day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
This position requires availability for
Friday nights and Saturday nights as well as public holidays and special events as required.
